Your Body Is Water
Drinking water every day is crucial to maintaining good health. Our bodies are comprised of almost 70% water. Many of the beverages we choose to drink instead of water come with "extras" that our bodies don't need, such as sugar and caffeine. These beverages give us a temporary boost, but their corrosive acid levels are detrimental to our health, don't satisfy our thirst, and make us feel fatigued and dehydrated. Such bad habits take a toll on our health, our energy, and our overall happiness.

New Distributor training Earlier today was great!
Earlier today I returned from a great “New Distributor” training at the home of my upline in Tigard. A lot of people I had never met were there and a few in my own business whom I just met for the first time! Cheerio!!
I'm Back in the drivers seat and ready to ROCK!
Let me catch up a little bit.
As of late I have been feeling really buried by projects everywhere I look so I have been preoccupied from my online networks.
The ID trip was really good I think. Cassie and I received a round of applause at the very end! That was pretty humbling. Not a lot of new people that came out but those that did were pretty good I think. Everyone was new to me. My new training materials I spent so much time on seemed to be taken very well.
I expect to be back on track, building good habits creating content and engaging in conversation with everyone.
